Qqmacan Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

01 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the qqmacan platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old or the minimum age requirement set by the laws of your country of residence, whichever is higher.
• Register as an individual on your own behalf only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using gaming services due to legal requirements, court orders, or qqmacan's internal policies.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Any false information will result in account closure without compensation.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at qqmacan. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Qqmacan reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including during registration, on the first withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or utility bill as proof of address.

02 Deposit & Payment

Qqmacan accepts deposits via a range of verified payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and selected cryptocurrencies. All available payment methods are displayed on the Deposit platform.

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account within three minutes of payment confirmation being received.
• Qqmacan does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges — please check with your respective provider.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. qqmacan does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits made with fraudulent intent or through stolen or unauthorised payment methods will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.

Qqmacan reserves the right to cancel or withhold deposits suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. In such cases, qqmacan will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.

03 Fund Withdrawal

Qqmacan members are entitled to withdraw their winnings subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for most withdrawal methods.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the withdrawal method and account verification level.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your qqmacan account.
• If a bonus has been claimed, the applicable rollover requirement must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

Qqmacan reserves the right to delay withdrawals for additional verification if unusual or suspicious account activity is detected. This process typically takes no more than 48 business hours.

If an account is suspended or closed due to a terms violation, qqmacan reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the account balance at management's discretion, subject to a thorough investigation.

04 Bonus & Promotions

Qqmacan offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover Requirement: Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement is clearly stated for each promotion.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Single Bonus Usage: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, qqmacan reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the player's account.
• The use of automated software or scripts for gameplay is strictly prohibited. The use of bots, artificial intelligence software, or any automated tools for playing may result in immediate account suspension.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

• Registering multiple accounts or attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process.
• Legal action or requests from competent authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the qqmacan support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the fulfilment of any outstanding conditions.

09 Limitation of Liability

Qqmacan's total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
